At Sole Mio Kitchen & Bar, we take great pride in the quality of our food and service. Because our products are freshly prepared and perishable, all food sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been prepared, served, or picked up.


However, your satisfaction is very important to us.


If there is a legitimate issue with your order — such as a missing item, incorrect item, or a preparation error — please contact us within the same day (within 2 hours of receiving your order) so we can address the matter promptly.


At our discretion, we may offer one of the following solutions:


• replacement of the affected item

• store credit for a future visit


Refunds are not provided for taste preferences or personal expectations.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request a photo and a brief description of the concern.


For orders placed through third-party delivery services (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.), all refund requests must be submitted directly through the delivery platform according to their policies.
